Offgridtec FSP-2 225W Ultra foldable solar module

The FSP-2 225 W 12/24 V is the largest member of Offgridtec’s FSP family and also one of the most powerful foldable solar modules in the range. It features a 5-panel design and comes with a matching connection kit that lets you quickly and easily connect to the charge controller of your choice and the battery to be charged. The FSP-2 225 W 12/24 V can be ordered in three variants. The connection kit is housed in a closable pocket directly on the module, so you always have a ready-to-use compact power plant at your side.

Performance that sets the standard

The FSP-2 225 W Ultra is equipped with American SPR back-contact cells from a renowned manufacturer. The cells are completely black, giving the FSP-2 225 W a very modern, premium look. The SPR cells deliver very high efficiency and, together with the panel’s low weight and compact dimensions, set new benchmarks in this performance class.

The included pro connection kit

The connection kit included in the scope of delivery provides everything needed for quick commissioning of the mobile solar set. Every FSP-2 features a 6.0 m supply lead that ends in a high-quality Anderson connector. A matching 0.5 m connection cable is supplied that bolts directly to the charge controller’s solar input and is also equipped with an Anderson connector on the other end. This lets you couple or disconnect the controller at any time via the Anderson connectors without having to unscrew the cables from the charge controller.

For connecting the charge controller to your battery, a 1 m plug-and-play cable is included. It bolts to the controller’s battery input and is fitted on the battery side with universally usable alligator clips that attach conveniently to all common battery terminals. The battery cable also features a flat-fuse holder with the appropriate ATO fuse.

The FSP-2 225 W Ultra uses back-contact solar cells like those in our SP high-performance series. These cells achieve efficiencies above 24% and are among the best currently available. In addition, the entire FSP-2 series features an ETFE coating that provides better protection while ensuring very high light transmission.
