The Victron MPPT 150/45 (MPN SCC010045222) belongs to the large family of BlueSolar MPPT charge controllers and offers a wide range of performance for demanding users. Ultra-fast power tracking and automatic adjustment of the MPP voltage in partial shade are just two of the many highlights of this device class. The devices in classes 150/45 to 150/100tr are also available in a version with MC4 connections on the solar side of the charge controller instead of screw terminals. This model also supports parallel operation with other controllers of the same type.

VE-Direct options for programming, real-time data, and history display
Modern Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, Macbooks, and other devices can be connected via VE.Direct with the Bluetooth Smart Dongles and the MPPT app or the GX Color Control, for example. In the event of partial shading, there may be two or more maximum power points (MPP) on the current-voltage curve. Conventional MPPTs tend to adjust to a local MPP. However, this may not be the optimal MPP. The innovative algorithm of the BlueSolar device will always maximize energy yield by adjusting to the optimal MPP.
