The Growatt hvc-60050-a1 bms is a central monitoring and control unit that is part of the ark hv high voltage battery system and supports communication with Growatt spa and sph inverters. Up to 10 battery modules, each with a capacity of 2.56 kWh, can be connected to this bms. These modules can be connected in series to form a battery tower that provides a total capacity of up to 25.64 kWh. Storage towers can also be interconnected, requiring one bms per tower.

Control parameters include state of charge (soc), line voltage, current, cell voltage, cell temperature and PCBA temperature measurement. By precisely monitoring these parameters, the bms ensures optimal battery performance and longevity.
Flexible expansion
Growatt's ark battery system offers great flexibility through its expandable configuration options, which range from 2.56 kWh to 25.6 kWh. Installation and expansion of the system is simple and straightforward due to its modular design and use of cables. Another innovation of the ark system is that, unlike other battery systems, no battery cabinet is required. Only a battery base is required for a stable stand.
