Adaptive four-stage charging algorithm

With lead-acid batteries, it is crucial to keep the constant voltage phase short during shallow discharges to prevent overcharging the battery. After a deep discharge, the constant voltage phase is automatically extended to ensure that the battery is fully recharged. The Orion XS offers fully programmable charging algorithms and eight pre-programmed battery settings.

Remote on/off switch

The Orion XS can be switched on and off via the connector for remote on/off control or via the VictronConnect app. Typical applications include wiring a switch or a battery management system (BMS).

Intelligent alternator compatibility
