The SolaX Pocket WiFi+4GM USB dongle (MPN: 1040060000) connects your SolaX inverter quickly and easily to the SolaXCloud via Wi-Fi or the integrated 4G module – it can be installed in seconds thanks to its plug-and-play function. The IP65-rated dust and water-resistant housing makes the dongle ideal for outdoor use. It enables stable data transmission via Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz, 3 dBi antenna) with optional 4G operation for independent connectivity. With offline data storage, no data is lost—it is automatically uploaded as soon as the connection is restored. The 10-second live data monitoring provides near real-time insights into your system (optional). In addition, the dongle enables Modbus TCP and IEEE 2030.5 integration for maximum smart home and grid management compatibility.

Live monitoring & data security

In the optional 10-second mode (5 minutes is standard), you receive near-real-time performance and consumption data from your PV system. Error messages, performance history, and consumption analyses are immediately available—ideal for real-time monitoring and optimization.

Plug & Play with IP65 protection and offline storage

No tools are required for installation: simply plug it in and get started. The IP65-rated housing protects against dust and water, making the dongle perfect for outdoor installation. In the event of temporary connection interruptions, the dongle stores the data locally and automatically transfers it when the connection is restored.

Flexible data transfer via Wi-Fi + 4G (no LAN)

The Pocket WiFi+4GM supports wireless connectivity via Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz, IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, 3 dBi antenna) and offers 4G support as a backup – for constant communication even without an Ethernet connection. Automatic switching ensures reliable transmission.

Smart energy management via SolaXCloud

SolaXCloud is the central monitoring and control system for SolaX systems. You can view real-time performance data, historical yield data, and consumption analyses via app or browser. In combination with the Pocket WiFi+4GM, data is optionally available every 10 seconds – ideal for remote maintenance, firmware updates, and integration into Modbus TCP or IEEE 2030.5 systems.
