Pylontech BMS for Force-H3 FH10050 / FC1000

The Pylontech Force-H3 control unit (MPN FC1000) is the central battery management system for Force-H3 high-voltage batteries, which reliably protects each battery module from unfavorable operating conditions and ensures safe, uninterrupted operation.. Regardless of the number of storage modules used, only one BMS is required per tower. A tower consists of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 Force-H3 5.12 kWh battery modules, enabling a storage capacity of 10.24 to 35.8 kWh. In addition, the new H3 series can now operate up to 6 towers in parallel in a single system.

The Force-H3 BMS protects against:

• Deep discharge and overcharging
• Overvoltage during charging
• Excessive currents during charging and discharging
• Over- and under-temperature
• Short circuits and reverse polarity

Compatibility

Pylontech's long-established communication protocol is directly supported by a wide range of inverters. A compatibility list for Pylontech with over 30 brands and companies, including Victron Energy, Growatt, Solis, and many more, is available for download in our attachments.

Intuitive control panel with LED displays

The control panel on the control unit allows you to check the current status of the battery tower at any time. In addition, the communication speed (baud rate) can be set directly on the unit.

Group management

With the Pylontech Force-H3, several groups of battery modules can be connected in parallel to further increase the storage capacity. Up to 6 groups can be operated in parallel, achieving a maximum total capacity of 215.04 kWh. Each group can be configured independently, allowing for a high degree of flexibility when scaling the storage system. Despite the parallel grouping, the system is easy to control thanks to the central battery management system, ensuring that all modules operate efficiently and safely.
