100W MobileBlack Caravan Complete System

This complete system contains everything you need to charge your batteries on the go. The dual controller included in the set allows you to charge your on-board battery and the starter battery at the same time, as it has a corresponding auxiliary charging output. The scope of delivery includes comprehensive information material explaining the installation and connection step by step – this applies to both the technical connection and the bonding of the retaining spoilers and the roof feed-through. The roof feed-through is probably one of the most critical points, as this is where the transition to the interior of the motorhome takes place. The feed-through is made of the same material as the spoilers – the PEG screw connection complies with protection class IP68 and is therefore completely watertight when installed correctly.

The Offgridtec® MPPT Pro Duo 30A solar charge controller

The MPPT Pro Duo controller can handle a maximum charging current of 30A. This means that this system can theoretically be expanded to just under 400W of solar module power. In addition, the device has a secondary charging output via which the starter battery can be charged in parallel with the on-board battery during longer periods of inactivity – a feature that is certainly very much appreciated in mobile homes. To ensure optimum efficiency, the device also has an AES switching output, which allows refrigerators with "AES" to automatically switch from gas to 12V operation when there is excess solar power.

The professional solar mounting system

Our ABS corner plastic profiles for space-saving mounting provide a solid fastening for solar modules with a maximum output of 150W. Larger modules should also be supported on the long sides with our 180 mm connecting profiles to prevent the module frame from sagging. This set is the heavy-duty version. Compared to the light-duty version, it is considerably more stable and the corners can be climbed on if necessary.

We recommend Sika 252 body adhesive or Dekalin adhesive (not included) as the adhesive. Both types are available from us in black.
