The IC-48/5000/80/90 from Offgridtec (MPN 013705) is a new device combination that combines an inverter, a battery charger, and an MPPT charge controller. The device is ideal for stand-alone systems, as it integrates charging via the mains and solar energy, as well as AC output. The powerful multi-core chip in the product with its advanced control algorithm enables intelligent management of the system.
The device is suitable for battery systems with 48V voltage and AGM, GEL, FLD, and LiFePO4 battery types. The integrated PFC technology achieves a high power factor for AC-DC charging and reduces grid capacity utilization

The device has a total of three charging modes. Priority can be set for solar operation, a combination of grid and solar operation, or pure solar operation. For AC output modes, you can choose between utility and inverter priority. To maximize solar energy usage, the user can select the energy sources according to actual needs and flexibly use the utility as a supplement. The IC unit can increase the power supply rate of the system, which is suitable for solar energy, utility/oil generator hybrid systems.
