The single cable roof feed-through from Offgridtec (MPN 8-01-010545) is made of black ABS plastic. The feed-throughs are designed for use in mobile applications on cars, motorhomes, or boats. The ideal feed-through for cables that are not subject to further mechanical stress and that never need to be accessed (for maintenance or cleaning, etc.).
The roof feed-through is suitable for cables with an outer diameter of 13-18 mm. No information can be provided on the appropriate cable cross-section, as the thickness of the cable insulation can vary.
When the roof feed-through has been properly glued in place, it works in conjunction with the PEG screw connections to provide solid protection against moisture and dust ingress.
We recommend the Dekalin MS-5 adhesive set as the adhesive . (Not included in the scope of delivery)
