The connection cable for the APX series from Growatt connects two battery towers in the system to each other. This ensures interference-free communication between all components.
The APX battery system
The Growatt APX battery system has a modular design. Additional batteries can be stacked on top of each other. The APX 5.0P-B1 has a capacity of 5kWh and the BMS has a maximum (discharge) current of 13A or 26A. This means that a capacity of 5-30 kWh can be achieved and selectedthe nominal voltage per battery module is 385 V and the operating voltage range is between 330-450 V. The lithium iron phosphate battery (LFP) is cobalt-free, which results in a more cost-effective battery, for example.
