The Offgridtec balcony power plant is a compact solar system consisting of several solar modules and a Zendure AIO storage system. The Hyper 2000 inverter is connected to your household via a standard Schuko socket and stacked on top of the battery. The generated solar power is used directly in the household, and surplus energy is stored in the battery for later use. If grid power is available, your devices will use it first before switching to stored energy. This allows you to optimize your power supply efficiently.

Balcony Power Plants in Germany

Currently, there is no law or regulation in Germany specifically governing the generation of solar power for personal use. The limit of 800W AC PV power is a reserve value that can be fed into an existing socket circuit in a home, based on current VDE standards, without overloading it.
