how does a balcony power station work?
The Offgridtec balcony power station is a space-saving solarasystem consisting of two solar modules and a matching Growatt micro inverter to feed the electricity generated into the household power grid. Ideally, the inverter is attached directly to the substructure of the solar module and connected to the solar connector on the module. The ac cable is connected via the battery connection of the inverter and routed directly to the appropriate socket. no special setting is required to use the solar power generated in the home's power grid. if power from other sources is available in the home, this is used preferentially and supplemented by grid power if necessary.

The Trina solar Vertex is a 430w solar module with monocrystalline cells and dual glass technology. The multi-busbar technology ensures increased absorption, lower series resistance, improved current dissipation and increased reliability. The module is certified for use under extreme wind and snow loads of 4000 - 6000 Pa (tested loads). its highly transparent glass is 3.2 mm thick and has an anti-reflective coating. The frame is made of anodized aluminium alloy with a width of 30 mm.

Multi-busbar technology
On each PV module there are busbars that serve as busbars and are permanently attached to each solar cell. they collect the generated direct current and transmit it to the busbars. Balcony power stations in Germany
There is currently no law or ordinance in Germany that regulates the generation of solar power for purely domestic use. The maximum limit of 600w ac PV power is a reserve value which, according to the current VDE standard, can be fed into an existing socket circuit of a house without overloading it. Nothing is described for independent circuits without additional load. Every electrical installation should be VDE-compliant. However, the operation of a balcony power station via a standard Schuko socket is not prohibited. Registration with the Federal Network Agency is mandatory. However, there are no known cases of fines for non-registration of balcony power stations or insurmountable problems with network operators.
